Web UX/UI Designer | Front-End Web Developer
Responsible for designing, implementing UI prototypes, working interfaces with visual design, front end development while adhering to established usability, and branding strategies
- Collaborate with product managers in order to gather business requirements and translate them into effective, user-centered interactive experiences
- Design microsites and landing pages with effective UX/UI in order to generate high conversion rates
- Participate in site redesign and optimization processes, as well as A/B testing strategies and user testing
- Test UI prototypes in multiple browsers, fix bugs and create consistent cross-browser look and feel

- Optimize microsites for copy, metadata, titles, descriptions, keywords , robots, author, alt tags, and streamlining code for better results
- Utilize HP Autonomy LiveSite CMS to build, maintain, customizes, and enhances content as needed
- Monitor, track, and analyze ranking performance by using SEMrush and Google Webmaster tools on an ongoing basis, and optimize SEO campaigns as necessary
- Stay up to date with most recent changes in Google best practices to further develop opportunities to improve campaigns
- Provide analysis reporting of marketing campaign results and effectiveness
- Develop SEO best practices, training documentation and uploaded to Knowledge base using Sharepoint
Digital Marketing Specialist
Responsible for supporting ongoing web marketing activities by providing graphic user interface design and web development support consistent with current branding standards in timely and accurate manner
- Work with marketing managers to develop integrated digital marketing plans for product launches, marketing campaigns and website content and usability optimization
- Develop, test and execute digital efforts for lead growth, brand awareness, and increased market share
- Execute email campaigns using ExactTarget, monthly email newsletters and lead best practice in email marketing, analytics and development
- Serve as subject matter expert on best practice in each digital channel and maintain knowledge of emerging technologies and trends
- Support the development and implementation of new content and web pages associated with targeted promotional campaigns via our content management systems (HP TeamSite)
